Creating a template
If we take an email template that you would like to pre-configure with certain parameters as an example for this guide.
Templates can only be defined by a functional administrator or advanced user type of profile.
Templates can be accessed by selecting Resources > Templates from the advanced menu. Select the type of template that you would like to create. In our example, we have chosen a Delivery template.
To create a new template, you must duplicate an existing template. To duplicate an element, hover over it with the mouse, then select the Duplicate element option.
Go to the editing screen of the new template, and edit the parameters that you would like to pre-configure.
Brand configuration can be pre-configured in an email or landing page template.
